How much risk is involved?

Real estate investing can be risky for some, so it is understandable if there is concern over you losing your money. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control no matter how well we inspect the property before we purchase. That is why I guarantee that, at minimum, you will at least get your full investment back, even if I have to take a hit. With our thorough inspection process, however, our goal is to make back at least 20% of the purchase price. You will have full transparency during the entire process so you know how the job is going and there are no surprises at the end.

How Does It Work?

We find a house

We will meet before I find a home so we can talk about your investment. I will then find a house with a good amount of equity to be made.

you buy the house

When I find a house that fits your investment amount, you close on the home. It will be under your name, so you own the collateral.

i flip the house and we split the profits

Once the home has sold, we each get our investment back then split the profits 50/50.
