DESIGN NOTE:

Don't worry, this is a hidden canvas. You can delete it after you read this. FYI, this top section is going to look strange, but it functions beautifully in the live preview, so don't delete the second section that appears blank / to have a weird gap! It's so the text will load over it beautifully.

Since the text is white and hard to see, just briefly turn the text black to edit, then back to white, or you can make it black and change the top background colors instead! — Jen

STAGING

the grand debut

Movies don't show up unannounced in theaters— they go through extensive planning and marketing before their debut. So why wouldn't you want your biggest asset to make its own grand debut onto the market looking ever so fabulous?

THE EXPERIENCE

A Bespoke Process — Iconic Results.

I take pride in my process of delivering a service that goes above and beyond. I take into consideration not just the layout, but the overall aesthetic of your property to create designer spaces that "wow."

Many buyers in today's market make decisions based on the feeling a home gives them, so it is important to me that your home feels elevated and homey. I don't cut corners with cheap, lightweight metal furniture. As a real estate agent myself, you can rest assured that your home will have all the cozy vibes that buyers are looking for.

01

CONSULTATION

During our consultation, I will take measurements and photos of your property so that I may use them to get your design just right. I may also give ideas for improvements you can make to your property to enhance my staging work and make it marketable to the masses.

02

design

Due to my tailored service, I require at least two weeks to get your home fully designed. This allows me ample time to ensure that I have time to curate the right pieces, and have the ability to order new furniture, if necessary. Good design should not be rushed, nor should listing your home on the MLS!

03

staging

Staging day will be scheduled to take place on the week that photos will be taken to ensure everything is styled perfectly. It may take a couple days of work, depending on the size and scope of the project.

the PROCESS

After Your Initial Inquiry

We will schedule a consultation at the subject property where we can discuss your needs. This is also an opportunity to ask me your burning questions.

Design

After the contract is signed and the initial fee is paid, I will begin working on your custom design, as described above.

Staging

The staging process generally takes a day to complete, but I don't stop until your home is stunning. Items will remain intact until the property is under contract and has gone through inspections and appraisals.

Sell Your Home Fast for More Money

Pop the bubbly, we did it! Of course, there are no guarantees in real estate, but statistically, staged homes sell up to 73% faster than non-staged homes, and for up to 20% more.

YOU SHOULD KNOW

Staging is not just about selling the home, but also the lifestyle.

Of course we want to sell your home, but selling the lifestyle that the consumer will be living in the home is a big deal that shouldn't be skipped.

Prep work is KEY!

As I practice in my real estate business, I believe that the more we can do to prepare your home for the market before it is listed, the smoother the transaction will go.

Marketing should feel emotional.

Staging is a huge part of marketing and what makes a house feel like home. When someone feels emotionally connected to a house, they will stop at nothing to get it.

Staged doesn't have to equal boring.

Yes, staging can be very neutral, but I go to great lengths to ensure that I include interesting and thoughtful pieces that enhance your home, and *gasp* maybe even some color.

A good stager is worth their weight in gold.

Not all stagers are created equal. Some just move the same furniture from house to house, creating a hodgepodge of decorations that do not tell a good story or give the correct ambiance.

Staging should be done before your home hits the market.

I understand staging is an investment, however, waiting for your home to sit on the market before staging is not the best move. As an agent, I can tell you that allowing your house to sit on the market is the worst thing you can do for your home sale. Getting maximum buyer traffic through your home on the first weekend is the best strategy, and we achieve that through staging, good photography, and solid coming soon marketing.
